Our team developed and maintain the internal Epic data query tools and codesets for extracting Electronic Medical Records (EMR) data from the MGH EDW system, allowing researchers within MGH-DACCPM to conduct high-quality observational research.
We created a comprehensive interactive reporting and data visualization template for R-Shiny reports, which can be hosted online via RStudio Connect. It is part of the “Research-Track” project.
Funded by FAER/IARS, two of the largest Anesthesia Foundations, our team is developing and maintaining an AI web application to automatically track research performance of selected researchers for program implementation performance evaluation. This project is not open-sourced, but collaborations are welcomed.
